Amiens SC and Girondins de Bordeaux achieve mixed sports results

Amiens SC experienced a mixed weekend of field hockey matches in Bordeaux. The team suffered a 5-3 defeat against Villa Primrose, a third-place team, despite goals from Nicolas Faille, Alexander Sandoval Palma, and Isidro Santillan Gutierrez. Coach Christophe Carrencotte noted that while the team played with good rhythm, errors during penalty corners proved costly.

Amiens SC followed this with a 6-4 victory against Girondins de Bordeaux. Carrencotte expressed satisfaction with the team's performance and level of play during this match.

In rugby, the Girondins de Bordeaux Espoirs secured their first away victory of the season, defeating Section Paloise with a score of 26-16. Thomas Baronnet scored two tries during the match, which was played under difficult weather conditions.
