Aminess expands Istrian portfolio with Visula Hotel & Spa

The tourism company Aminess is expanding its operations in Istria by adding the Visula Hotel & Spa in Medulin to its portfolio. This acquisition brings the company's total number of properties to 34, including hotels, camps, and resorts, across 13 destinations both on the coast and in the continental regions.

The four-star Visula Hotel & Spa has been fully renovated and features 83 rooms and apartments, an indoor pool, and wellness and fitness facilities. Located near the Vižula archaeological park, the property is designed as a year-round wellness hotel catering to leisure, short stays, and business travel.

Mladen Knežević, President of the Aminess Management Board, stated that expanding into this new Istrian location is a significant step for the company's growth. Aminess intends to provide the hotel with its expertise in sales, marketing, and operations while maintaining the property's unique connection to its destination.
