Amir Folkestad Habhab buys historic Oslo villa for 142 million NOK

Entrepreneur Amir Folkestad Habhab has purchased a historic villa located at Bygdøynesveien 15 in the Bygdøy district of Oslo for 142,201,442 NOK. The neo-Baroque property, originally built in 1916, was previously owned by Tore Eiklid’s company, Zinober Invest AS.

The villa has a notable history, having previously served as the embassy for Canada. Habhab, the founder of Marketer, described the acquisition as ‘a real dream’ on LinkedIn, noting his family's historical ties to the Bygdøy area and his desire to find a unique residence in the location.
