Amira Aly discusses household help and parenting values

German moderator Amira Aly has shared personal insights regarding her household management and parenting philosophy on her podcast, ‘Amira + 1’.

Addressing her lifestyle, Aly stated that she employs a household assistant once or twice a week to handle tasks such as cleaning, washing, and ironing. While acknowledging that such support can be a subject of public debate, she expressed that she does not feel shame about utilizing the service, noting that she performs daily tasks like cooking herself.

Regarding her upcoming daughter, the expectant mother emphasized that she intends to raise her children without gender-based distinctions in upbringing. Aly highlighted that her focus remains on instilling core values such as respect, helpfulness, and inclusivity. She specifically noted the importance of teaching her sons to treat women and girls well and stressed the responsibility of providing positive role models within the home.
