Amira Aly responds to social media criticism regarding her pregnancy

Moderator and influencer Amira Aly has responded to social media critics who have targeted her pregnancy behavior. In an Instagram video, Aly addressed users who expressed annoyance at her frequently touching or holding her baby bump in photos and videos.

Responding with irony, Aly showcased her pregnancy from various angles to mock the comments. She included screenshots of user criticisms, such as one person questioning why she must always touch her stomach, and another suggesting she is overcompensating to prove she is pregnant. Aly captioned her post, “It is crazy how much you can annoy people by touching your belly,” and added, “I hope you can still sleep tonight.”

Aly is currently expecting her third child, a daughter, with partner Christian Düren. She has previously announced she would be stepping back from professional commitments to prepare for the birth.
