Amis du Monde diplomatique celebrates 30 years in Narbonne

The Amis du Monde diplomatique of Aude and Toulouse will celebrate their 30th anniversary on Saturday, October 10, at the Domaine de Montplaisir in Narbonne. The event begins at 1:00 PM and includes presentations from local producers and partners.

A key highlight of the program is a presentation by Gregory Rzepski, editor-in-chief of Le Monde diplomatique, regarding the ‘Manual of Intellectual Self-Defense – Geopolitics.’ The session aims to provide tools for understanding international relations and dismantling stereotypes through research and pedagogical analysis.

Additionally, Rzepski will discuss the reconstruction of public services, addressing the challenges posed by the privatization of institutions. This will be complemented by a session featuring Christine Pintus, a health coordinator from the Carcassonne Hospital, who will critique the French healthcare system and propose paths toward more preventive and social health services.
