Amitabh Bachchan expresses regret over never learning music at age 84

Indian cinema megastar Amitabh Bachchan has expressed regret over his lifelong desire to learn music, which remains unfulfilled at age 84. During an upcoming episode of the game show Kaun Banega Crorepati 18, Bachchan shared this sentiment during a conversation with contestant and content creator Kritagya Nayyar.

While playing a ‘This or That’ game, Bachchan was asked if he would prefer to relive a past day or experience a day he had never lived. He noted that choosing a single day from his past would be difficult due to the many memorable events in his life. He then identified learning music as the experience he has always wished for but never achieved.

Bachchan revealed that he has even collected various musical instruments at home, such as the sitar and harmonium, in anticipation of eventually learning to play them. He humorously noted that he has even placed flower garlands on the instruments in hope of a future lesson, but expressed sadness that, at 84, he has yet to master the art.
