Amiyaki-tei to offer Kumamoto Ajisai Beef for Meat Day

Amiyaki-tei has announced a special promotion for Meat Day on October 29. The restaurant chain will offer Kumamoto-produced Ajisai Beef Negi Salt Loin for 690 yen (759 yen including tax) at its locations in the Chubu region, covering Aichi, Gifu, Mie, and Shiga prefectures.

Ajisai Beef is a brand of beef raised in the natural environment of Kumamoto, characterized by a fine texture, elegant sweetness in its fat, and a rich umami flavor in the lean meat. The promotional dish features the loin meat paired with a separate serving of green onion salt to enhance the flavor profile.
