Amkor Technology and Arista Networks see institutional stake changes

Three Seasons Wealth LLC added a new position in Amkor Technology, acquiring 15,632 shares worth about $704,000 in the first quarter. Several other funds also grew their holdings, including Royal Bank of Canada, Advisors Asset Management, MIRAE Asset Global ETFs and Goldman Sachs, which together own roughly 42% of Amkor’s stock.

Allspring Global Investments Holdings LLC reduced its stake in Arista Networks, selling 90,783 shares and ending the quarter with 1,857,822 shares valued at $231.9 million, a 4.7% decline. The filing notes that Arista’s CEO Jayshree Ullal sold 234,578 shares on July 10, a separate insider transaction that did not affect the fund’s position.

Both filings were made through SEC Form 13F reports, reflecting ongoing adjustments by institutional investors in two semiconductor and data‑center networking companies.
