AMLS opens new aircraft maintenance base at León Airport

AMLS Aircraft Maintenance and Line Support has launched a new line maintenance base at León Airport. The facility is designed to provide routine pre-flight inspections, minor repairs on the apron, system and equipment checks, and the replacement of specific components.

Formal operations at the facility began last week, with the first service performed on an Embraer 190. The new technical line aims to optimize the airport's position by offering auxiliary aeronautical services. This development follows a period of passenger growth at the terminal, which saw a 19.4% increase in 2025 compared to the previous year.
