Cultural events marked by indigenous space in São Paulo and Lisbon anniversary

Various cultural and community events are taking place across Brazil and Portugal. In São Paulo, a new cell of Casa Cocar has been inaugurated within Casa Pepper Cultural to provide a permanent space for the Shawãdawa people of Acre. The initiative aims to foster cultural exchange, artistic creation, and support for indigenous populations in urban environments, with the presence of indigenous leader Sônia Guajajara.

In Lisbon, the Amoreiras Shopping Center is celebrating its 40th anniversary with the Amoreiras Shopping Day. The event features a free concert by singer Carminho, workshops, gastronomy, and access to the Amoreiras 360º Panoramic View.

In Brazil, other regional activities include a record fair debuting in Taubaté and Guaratinguetá, a wellness-focused sunset fair in Boa Vista, and the first anniversary of Casa Cidades Invisíveis in Florianópolis, which serves as a hub for education and social inclusion.
