Amparo Grisales celebrates 70th birthday with emotional tributes

Colombian actress Amparo Grisales celebrated her 70th birthday during a special tribute on the Caracol Televisión program ‘Día a Día’. The celebration featured several emotional highlights.

Grisales was moved to tears by a live performance of ‘Abrázame muy fuerte’, a song by the late Mexican singer Juan Gabriel. She noted that the music holds a deep spiritual significance for her, stating that his themes often transcend romantic love to address a spiritual journey.

In another surprise, Grisales reunited with her first husband, Argentine painter Germán Tessarolo. The actress recalled their relationship, which began when she was approximately 15 years old and led to a civil marriage in San Antonio del Táchira, Venezuela. The two had been separated for nearly five decades before their televised encounter.
