Amr Diab's Beirut concert postponed amid security concerns

The organizer of Egyptian singer Amr Diab's summer concert in Beirut announced that the event, originally set for early August, has been postponed due to unexpected security conditions linked to the conflict in southern Lebanon. Ticket holders will receive full refunds through the original sales channels. The delay comes as Diab finalises a new album slated for release later this summer. The cancellation follows a similar incident in 2013 when a planned show was called off, resulting in legal disputes that were later settled. The postponed concert was expected to feature high‑priced tickets, with VIP seats reaching roughly $1,000.

Fans were thanked for their understanding, and a new date will be announced once arrangements are secured.
