AmRest to launch Taco Bell in Poland by 2026

AmRest, a major European restaurant operator, has announced plans to introduce the Mexican-inspired brand Taco Bell to the Polish market. The company intends to open its first three locations in Poland by the end of 2026, with the first restaurant debuting in Warsaw.

AmRest CEO Luis Comas noted that the expansion follows successful entries of the brand into markets such as Greece, Ireland, and Sweden. The company aims to build a significant presence in Poland's largest cities within the first three years of operation, targeting both major shopping centers and high-traffic street locations.

CFO Eduardo Zamarripa stated that the expansion will be managed with capital discipline, focusing on monitoring the profitability of individual locations and leveraging existing supply chains and digital solutions in Poland to support growth.
