AmRest to launch Taco Bell in Poland with locations in Warsaw and Wrocław
AmRest is preparing to launch the Taco Bell chain in Poland, marking a return for the brand 33 years after an unsuccessful attempt in 1993. The company has begun recruitment for new locations in Warsaw and Wrocław. Planned sites in Warsaw include Blue City, Galeria Młociny, and Westfield Mokotów, while the first location in Wrocław is expected at the Wroclavia shopping center.
Industry experts note that while the fast-food market is more developed than in previous decades, it is also highly saturated. The success of the brand will be tested against previous Mexican-inspired concepts in Poland that failed to establish long-term dominance.
In a separate development within the Mexican-inspired food sector, the Spoko Taco outlet has opened in the Riviera Center in Gdynia. The establishment offers street-food style items such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas.
