América Futebol Clube announces player renewals and loans

América Futebol Clube SAF has announced several roster movements and contract updates. The club has renewed the contract of midfielder Henrique until the end of the 2027 Brazilian Championship. As part of this arrangement, Henrique will be loaned to Alecrim to compete in the Second Division of the Campeonato Potiguar through November.

Additionally, América has secured the loan of 20-year-old left-back Rafinha from Sport Recife for the 2027 season. Rafinha, a native of Natal, previously played for ABC's youth categories and has won two Pernambucano championships with Sport.

The club has also confirmed contract renewals for Lucas Mendes, Carlos Coppetti, and Luiz Thiago for 2027. Negotiations are reportedly ongoing for the signing of right-back Caio Hila.
