Amrit Udyan opens for Summer Annuals 2026 in Delhi
Amrit Udyan, located within the Rashtrapati Bhavan complex in Delhi, has opened to the public for its Summer Annuals 2026 event. Inaugurated by President Droupadi Murmu, the seasonal display runs from August 16 through September 15.
Admission to the garden is free of charge, but visitors are required to make mandatory advance online reservations through the official Rashtrapati Bhavan website. The garden is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the exception of Mondays when it remains closed. Last admission is permitted until 5:00 PM.
This year's exhibition emphasizes indigenous Indian plant species, including varieties such as Aparajita, Gul-Mehandi, and Rukmini. Visitors can enter through Gate Number 35 near North Avenue Road. To assist commuters, a shuttle bus service operates between the Central Secretariat Metro Station and the garden from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
