Amrita Kaul Rawat appointed HR Director at JW Marriott Mussoorie

JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa has appointed Amrita Kaul Rawat as the new Director of Human Resources. Rawat brings over 15 years of hospitality experience across India and the United Arab Emirates.

In her new role, Rawat will oversee talent development, leadership capability, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and workplace culture. Her background combines hands-on hotel operations with human resources leadership.

Prior to this appointment, Rawat served as the Human Resources Manager at Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites. Her career with Marriott International also includes leadership roles at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and involvement in the pre-opening of JW Marriott Aerocity in New Delhi. Earlier in her career, she spent approximately six years with ITC Hotels, including a role at ITC Mughal.
