Amrize appoints Samuel J. Poletti as Chief Financial Officer

Amrize has appointed Samuel J. Poletti as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24, 2026. Poletti succeeds Baris Oran, who is stepping down from the position for personal reasons after approximately five months in the role.

Poletti previously served as Amrize’s Chief Strategy and M&A Officer on the executive committee following the company’s June 2025 listing on the New York Stock Exchange. He played a central role in the spin-off process that established Amrize as an independent entity and brings over 20 years of experience from Holcim, where he managed mergers, acquisitions, and finance across North American building materials operations.

In addition to the CFO appointment, the company named Dillon Cumming as Vice President of Investor Relations. Cumming, who joins from Walleye Capital, is scheduled to begin his new role on September 8. Poletti will be based at Amrize’s operational headquarters in Chicago.
