Amrize reports increased revenue and raises 2026 guidance
Amrize reported strong second-quarter 2026 financial results, with revenue increasing 8.6% and net income rising 14.4% to $476 million. CEO Jan Jenisch attributed the growth to increased demand for mega-projects in data centers, energy, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure modernization.
Despite the growth, the company's share price recently hit a 52-week low of $46.31. While revenue grew, adjusted earnings of $0.88 per share fell short of the $0.92 consensus estimate. Additionally, rising costs for fuel, freight, and raw materials due to oil prices have pressured margins and limited adjusted EBITDA growth to 5.8%.
Amrize has raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $12.5 billion to $12.7 billion. During the quarter, the company returned $502 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.
