Amrize targets infrastructure growth following Holcim spin-off

Amrize, the North American entity formed from the spin-off of Holcim’s US operations, is positioning itself as a key player in American infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and data centers. The company operates approximately 1,000 sites and employs around 19,000 people, providing materials ranging from cement and aggregates to roofing solutions.

Financial performance for the second quarter showed revenue of $3.49 billion and a net profit of $478 million, up from the previous year's $3.22 billion in revenue and $429 million in net profit. However, adjusted earnings per share of $0.88 fell short of the $0.92 consensus.

Barclays analyst Adam Seiden has maintained a ‘Hold’ rating on the stock with a price target of $40.00. The company is scheduled to release its third-quarter report following the US market close on October 28, 2026.
