Amsterdam Auction Features Rare Dutch Books and Artworks

An auction scheduled for 13 May in Amsterdam by Frederik Muller will offer a collection of rare books, illustrations and artworks. Items include a 1947 luxury edition of Godfried Bomans’s "Sprookjes" bound in antique Dutch paper, a 1948 second edition signed by actor Henk van Ulsen, and a set of paintings, aquarelles and sketches by G. H. Breitner. The catalogue also lists a 1986 edition of Oscar Wilde’s "The House of Judgment" from the Catharijne Press, and a circa‑1910 work by Marie Corelli.
