Amy Adams says daughter Aviana Le Gallo may pursue behind‑camera career
Actress Amy Adams told People at the final event for her Apple TV series Cape Fear in New York City on July 21 that her 16‑year‑old daughter, Aviana Le Gallo, is interested in film production rather than acting. She said, “I know she’s interested in production as a whole, so we’ll see what avenue she decides to focus on.”
Adams added that family discussions shape her professional choices: before taking a job the family meets to consider travel, schedule and other factors, and Aviana is always involved in those talks. Aviana has appeared with her parents at events such as Paris Fashion Week in March and the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2024, and she had a cameo in her father Darren Le Gallo’s 2022 rom‑com Sam and Kate.
Darren Le Gallo, a filmmaker, actor and visual artist, is married to Adams; the couple met in an acting class in 2001 and welcomed Aviana in 2010.
