Comedian Amy Schumer and chef Chris Fischer have officially divorced in New York Supreme Court. The case status is now listed as disposed, though the exact finalization date remains undisclosed because divorce cases are sealed in New York.

The couple, who were married for seven years, filed a proposed divorce judgment and orders regarding support for their 7-year-old son, Gene, in late September. Schumer originally filed for divorce in January following their separation announcement in December.

Schumer previously addressed public speculation regarding the split, stating on social media that the decision was amicable and was not related to her weight loss or other personal factors. The pair expressed a mutual commitment to co-parenting their son.
