Amy Winehouse's Back to Black receives 20th anniversary reissue
Universal has released a special 20th anniversary edition of Amy Winehouse's seminal album, ‘Back to Black’. The reissue commemorates both the two-decade milestone of the album and the 15th anniversary of the singer's passing.
The collection is available in various formats, including a three-CD set and a three-LP vinyl edition. The content features the original album, rare B-sides, unreleased demos, and a previously unreleased live performance recorded at the Paradiso in Amsterdam on February 8, 2007. The physical editions include new artwork, handwritten lyrics from the artist's archives, and contributions from producers Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi.
Originally released in 2006, ‘Back to Black’ became a global phenomenon, winning five Grammy Awards and becoming the best-selling album of 2007. The album has achieved massive commercial success, with over 25 million copies sold worldwide.
