The An Duong Water Plant in Hai Phong is implementing digital transformation and automation to optimize resource management and operational efficiency. The facility, which has expanded its capacity to 200,000 cubic meters per day, utilizes SCADA systems for real-time monitoring of water quality, equipment, and pressure.

By integrating GIS and online pressure maps, the plant has improved network management and provides data to customers to monitor local water pressure. These technological upgrades, implemented by Minh Khang Mechatronics Joint Stock Company, have reportedly reduced energy consumption and maintenance costs by approximately 10% while decreasing reliance on manual labor.
