ANA and Infini Travel Information launch NDC international ticket sales

All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Infini Travel Information have commenced the sale of ANA international flight tickets through the ‘INFINI NDC Connect’ service, effective October 27, 2026. This partnership utilizes the New Distribution Capability (NDC) standard promoted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Through the ‘INFINI NDC PLUS’ tool and API, travel agencies can manage real-time seat availability, fare inquiries, bookings, ticketing, changes, and refunds in a single system. A key advantage of this integration is the ability to arrange ancillary services, such as paid seat assignments, directly during the initial booking process—a feature that was difficult to manage under traditional Global Distribution System (GDS) standards.

Post-ticketing, travelers can also arrange services including paid in-flight meals, additional baggage, and lounge access via ANA’s official website or contact centers. The system is designed to support Japanese travel agencies by allowing seamless comparison between traditional EDIFACT fares and NDC content, while providing localized support such as Japanese-language fare rule verification and quotation issuance.
