Actress Ana Brenda Contreras has launched the second season of her podcast, ‘Ella, Sin Filtros’. The project, which originated from her personal inquiries following motherhood, aims to foster honest conversations on topics often excluded from mainstream discussion.

In this new season, Contreras will host various guests, including content creators Karen and Lesslie Polinesia, Vogue México and Latin America Editor-in-Chief Karla Martínez de Salas, photographer Luis de la Luz, and pop culture communicator Gaby Meza.
