Ana Carolina Oliveira discusses Isabella Nardoni case with young daughter

Ana Carolina Oliveira, the mother of Isabella Nardoni, shared how she addressed difficult questions from her six-year-old daughter, Maria Fernanda, regarding the 2008 murder of Isabella. During a recent conversation, the child asked what Isabella had done to provoke her father, Alexandre Nardoni, into committing the crime.

Oliveira responded by emphasizing to her daughter that Isabella had done nothing to justify the violence and that no mistake or wrongdoing would ever warrant the loss of a life. The mother noted that she has worked to ensure both her children, including 10-year-old Miguel, understand the truth of the incident.

Isabella Nardoni was killed in 2008 after being thrown from a sixth-floor window in São Paulo. Her father, Alexandre Nardoni, and stepmother, Anna Carolina Jatobá, were convicted for the crime. Alexandre Nardoni has since transitioned to an open prison regime, while Anna Carolina Jatobá has been in an open regime since 2023.
