Ana Castela to perform in São Fidélis with R$ 850,000 PL amendment fee

Singer Ana Castela is scheduled to perform in São Fidélis, Rio de Janeiro, with a fee of R$ 850,000 funded by a parliamentary amendment from the Liberal Party (PL). The funds were allocated by Federal Deputy Dani Cunha (PL) under the tourism category, with a total federal transfer of R$ 1 million to the municipality.

The performance follows a recent photograph of Castela alongside Federal Deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL) at the Festa do Peão de Barretos, where the singer was seen gesturing the number 22, associated with Flávio Bolsonaro.

Deputy Dani Cunha stated that while she designates the amendment to the municipality, the mayor decides how to utilize the funds. The city of São Fidélis is currently led by Mayor José William, also a member of the PL. The local government expects a peak attendance of approximately 4,000 people for the event.
