ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata to host Sado City breakfast buffet

ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata has announced a special breakfast buffet tie-up with Sado City, scheduled to run from October 1 to October 31, 2026. The event is a collaborative effort between the hotel, the ANA Niigata branch, and Sado City to feature regional products from the ‘ANA Hometown Tax’ program.

The menu, designed by hotel chefs, includes various Sado-sourced ingredients such as Sado salmon macaroni gratin, bigfin reef squid (aori-ika) remoulade, Sado apple clafoutis, and Koshihikari rice onigiri grown in environments supporting the crested ibis. The buffet will be held at the hotel’s Season Cafe, with breakfast-only access priced at 3,300 yen for adults.
