ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Sapporo to host Toyako Town food fair

The ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Sapporo will host the ‘Toyako Town Fair’ from September 1 to October 31, 2026. This event is part of the sixth ‘Food Matching Support Project’ organized by Guutabi Hokkaido to promote local regional products.

The fair will feature specialty items from Toyako Town, including the rare ‘Toyako Wagyu’ beef and GLOBAL G.A.P. certified agricultural products. A new collaboration with Rakuno Gakuen University will introduce limited-edition menus featuring sweet potatoes, developed by the university's ‘Sweet Potato Hokkaido Project’ and the hotel's chefs.

Various dining options will be available, including pasta lunches, buffet services, and traditional Japanese kaiseki meals, all highlighting the diverse flavors of the Toyako region.
