Ana Lesnovski obtains protective order against Alvaro Borba

Journalist Ana Lesnovski has been granted a protective order against her former husband and business partner, Alvaro Borba, by the Domestic Violence Court in Curitiba. The legal action follows the end of their relationship in 2024 and a subsequent dispute over their YouTube channel, Meteoro Brasil, and their dog, Zara.

According to court documents, Lesnovski alleged that Borba initiated a defamation campaign against her and threatened to release personal content. The court order prohibits Borba from approaching Lesnovski or her family members within 300 meters, maintaining contact through any means, or visiting her residence. Additionally, the ruling forbids the publication of intimate or sexual content involving Lesnovski.

The documents also include allegations of aggressive behavior during the relationship, including the breaking of objects and increased aggression linked to alcohol and drug use. While the judge granted the protective measures, requests for Borba to participate in psychosocial monitoring were denied, as the court deemed the current restrictions sufficient for her safety.
