Ana Paula Renault seeks legal action over intimate photo leak

Brazilian influencer and former Big Brother Brasil participant Ana Paula Renault has taken legal action to identify the individual responsible for leaking an intimate photo and targeting her late father on the social media platform X.

Following the platform's provision of IP addresses, Renault's legal team has requested that the court issue subpoenas to internet service providers to obtain the full name and tax ID (CPF) of the account holder. The lawsuit follows systematic attacks from an anonymous profile that published unauthorized images and made derogatory comments regarding Renault and her deceased father, Gerardo Renault.

A judge has already granted an injunction ordering the suspension of the offending account and the disclosure of connection data. Renault is also seeking R$ 20,000 in moral damages.
