To participate, followers must make a purchase from the artist's official website during the month of August. Each purchase serves as a direct pass to enter a drawing for a video call scheduled to take place in September. The initiative is limited by capacity, and the opportunity to qualify expires on August 31.

Unlike traditional scripted promotional events, these video calls are intended to be unscripted, personal conversations where fans can ask questions or make requests. The format aims to foster a closer connection between the artist and her community.
