Anaao Assomed supports Asl Sud Est surgical network reorganization

The Anaao Assomed union has expressed support for a new organizational model for the Asl Sud Est surgical network, which aims to reorganize hospital activities based on complexity and case-mix. The model proposes a system of Hub centers and peripheral facilities to improve care safety and clinical appropriateness.

However, the union emphasized that this transition requires specific guarantees. They are calling for equitable access to advanced technologies for all professionals and the protection of clinical caseloads to ensure professional growth. Additionally, the union stated that the mobility of medical staff between Hubs and peripheral sites must be voluntary and incentivized rather than imposed, to avoid demotivation and staff departures.
