Auxo Group acquires former Hotel Marche in Senigallia

Auxo Group Srl has provisionally won the auction for the former Hotel Marche in Senigallia with a bid of 2,160,000 euros. The sale ends a twenty-year period of vacancy for the building located on Lungomare Marconi. The company, based in Ascoli Piceno and owned by the Faraotti and Panichi families, is currently undergoing legal verification before the final assignment of the property.

Local business associations, including CNA Senigallia, view the acquisition as a strategic opportunity to revitalize the seafront. They hope the new project will extend the tourism season beyond the summer months and integrate with existing local developments, such as the tourist port and the redevelopment of the Lungomare Marconi area.
