Anacondas spotted in Brazil's Nobres and Rio Miranda regions

Recent wildlife sightings in Brazil have highlighted the presence of large anacondas in the regions of Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. In Nobres, a tourist guide captured video of a green anaconda climbing submerged stairs in crystal-clear waters.

In a separate incident in Jardim, Mato Grosso do Sul, a group of kayakers on the Rio Miranda encountered a massive anaconda, estimated to be between 6 and 7 meters long. The snake was observed partially submerged near the riverbank, appearing to be in the process of digesting a large meal, possibly a capybara.

Experts advise that anacondas should not be disturbed, especially after feeding, as the digestion process can take up to two weeks. If the animal feels threatened, it may regurgitate its prey, which can be fatal to the snake.
