Anadolu Agency extends research grant deadline to October 10

Anadolu Agency has announced an extension for its research grant application deadline to October 10, 2026. The grants are intended for master's and doctoral students whose research focuses on the agency's activities.

Eligibility requirements differ by degree level: master's degree applicants must reside in Turkey, while doctoral candidates may apply from both within and outside the country. Applicants must provide two academic recommendation letters, proof of enrollment, a research proposal, and a statement of purpose. Additionally, candidates must have achieved a minimum score of 80 on the YDS or 90 on the TOEFL English language exams within the last five years.

The grant amounts are 12,500 Turkish liras (approximately $258) for master's students and 25,000 Turkish liras (approximately $516) for doctoral students. The funding covers two semesters for master's students and four semesters for doctoral students. The agency noted that completed theses may be published in Anadolu publications following an evaluation of their suitability.
