Anagennisi Karditsa resumes preseason after administrative crisis

Anagennisi Karditsa held its first training session for the new season on the afternoon of 3 August at its home ground, ending a prolonged period of uncertainty caused by an administrative crisis. The club, which has existed for 122 years, returned to the field with 21 players present.

The new management model keeps president Dimitris Papadimitriou in his role while Thoma Murmouras oversees daily operations, assisted by coach Manolis Skyvalos and technical director Anestis Tsitenidis. Despite a ban on access to the stands, organized supporters entered the stadium and voiced their backing for the team.

The club continues its transfer activity daily as it prepares for the upcoming season.
