Anaheim Ducks sign Tim Washe to four-year extension

The Anaheim Ducks have signed forward Tim Washe to a four-year contract extension. The deal, which carries an annual cap hit of $2.25 million, is set to take effect for the 2027-28 season.

Washe, a 25-year-old center, previously played 39 games for the Ducks during the 2025-26 regular season, recording two goals and five points. He also appeared in 12 playoff games, contributing one assist. Before his recall to the NHL, Washe was an AHL All-Star with the San Diego Gulls, where he recorded 14 goals and 27 points in 36 games.

A former undrafted free agent from Western Michigan University, Washe led the Ducks in faceoff win percentage at 58.0 during the 2025-26 season. His signing follows other recent roster moves by Anaheim, including extensions for Leo Carlsson and Pavel Mintyukov.
