Anahtar Party criticizes proposed Framework Law in Çorum
Sedat Yalçın, Deputy Chairman and Head of Development Policies for the Anahtar Party, addressed party members in Çorum regarding the proposed ‘Framework Law’ intended for the ‘Terror-free Turkey’ process.
Yalçın expressed the party's firm stance against the legislation, suggesting that such regulations are often presented to Turkish governments by external actors with specific regional designs. He argued that the law attempts to make the state engage with the PKK terrorist organization, asserting that the PKK does not represent Kurdish citizens and has caused significant harm to them through displacement and destruction.
Furthermore, Yalçın claimed that the organization receives support from dozens of countries, which he stated is an attempt to drain the resources and energy of the Republic of Turkey.
