Anambra Governor Soludo affirms APGA strength amid development focus

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has characterized the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) as an ‘unshakeable political fortress’ within the state. During a ward-to-ward parade in the Anambra East Local Government Area, Soludo emphasized the administration's commitment to democratic processes and grassroots mobilization ahead of upcoming local government elections.

Soludo noted that the administration is focused on a model of local government designed for accountability and transparency, highlighting the timely payment of public servants. He also announced that the state will unveil its candidates for presidential, senatorial, and legislative positions ahead of the general elections scheduled for January and February next year.

In a separate message marking the 35th anniversary of Anambra State's creation, Senator Emmanuel Nwachukwu expressed support for Governor Soludo’s development agenda. Nwachukwu called for continued investment in infrastructure, human capital, and institutional strength to ensure the state's long-term progress and resilience.
