Actress Ananya Raj has passed away at the age of 27. Her family announced her death via Instagram on August 15, revealing that she had actually passed away peacefully in her sleep during the early hours of July 15.
According to the family, Raj had been battling physical and mental health challenges for over a year prior to her death. While the specific nature of these health issues was not disclosed, her family described her as a “strong-spirited girl” who fought her struggles “like a warrior.”
Raj was known for her work in both Hindi and regional cinema.
