Anas Sharbini joins Vihor from Baška

Former Croatian international Anas Sharbini has joined Vihor from Baška, a club in the First County Football League of Primorsko-Goranska County on the island of Krk. This marks the seventh club of the 39-year-old midfielder's career.

The move was facilitated by Vihor's coach, Siniša Linić, a former teammate of Sharbini who also played for Rijeka and Hajduk. Sharbini is joining the club via a dual registration from Rijeka.

Sharbini's professional career includes notable stints at Rijeka, Hajduk Split, Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, and Osmanlispor in Turkey. He represented the Croatian national team in three matches, scoring two goals, including one against Argentina in 2014. His debut for Vihor is expected to be his 361st senior career appearance.
