Ancona police and religious leaders hold events following officer injuries

In Ancona, Italy, the FSP-Polizia di Stato union organized a technical and psychological conference titled ‘Lo Scontro a Fuoco’ (The Firefight). The event, held at the Ego Hotel, featured discussions on ballistic analysis, operator behavior, and the psychological dynamics of shootouts. Attendees included Ancona Questore Alfredo D’Agostino and regional officials.

Separately, Questore Alfredo D’Agostino and the Bishop of Senigallia, Mons. Francesco Manenti, visited the XIV Mobile Unit in Senigallia. The visit was intended to express solidarity with police officers who were seriously injured during violent unrest in Bologna on October 17. During the visit, officials emphasized the importance of maintaining public order and constitutional freedoms while condemning violence during demonstrations.
