Ancona Police report two individuals for legal violations

Police in Ancona have filed complaints against two individuals following separate incidents during recent patrols.

In the first incident on via Dalmazia, an individual of Peruvian origin was detained after failing to provide identification. Investigations revealed the man was currently serving a three-year urban ban (daspo urbano). He was reported for violating the preventive measure requiring him to carry identification documents.

A second incident occurred on via Giordano Bruno involving a man of Somali origin. Police reported that the individual became aggressive and attempted to physically resist officers when asked to present identification. He was subsequently reported for resisting a public official and for his irregular residency status in the country.
