The Generalitat Valenciana will allocate an additional €10 million in 2026 to increase the Specific Complement for justice officials, bringing its two‑year investment to €15 million. The funding also adds €600 000 to the professional‑career programme and creates 200 budget positions, while a new temporary‑staff selection system cuts vacancy‑filling time from 25 to 8 days.

At the same time, Justice Minister Félix Bolaños has refused financial support for 18 of the 30 reinforcement measures approved by the General Council of the Judiciary for Valencian courts, including nine "cláusulas suelo" commissions across Castellón, Valencia and Alicante. The regional court (TSJCV) and the Valencian Conselleria have criticised the denial, warning of longer case delays and further strain on already overloaded courts.

Separately, the Junta de Andalucía has approved the creation of 41 new justice‑sector posts, costing €2.137 million. The new positions include eight forensic doctors and 33 roles in various judicial bodies, with many of the posts located in Almería as part of the implementation of the Organic Law on Justice Service Efficiency.
