Andalusia announces 590 secondary school teaching vacancies

The Regional Ministry of Education of the Junta de Andalucía has announced a restricted call for extraordinary access to employment pools for specific specialties within the Secondary Education Teacher Corps. This initiative is designed to cover specific educational needs in Andalusia by facilitating mobility for personnel already integrated into other teaching employment pools within the autonomous community.

A total of 590 positions are being offered across several specialties, including Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Music, Computer Science, Electrotechnical and Automatic Systems, and Computer Systems and Applications.

To participate, applicants must already be members of any teaching employment pool under the Andalusian Ministry of Education and meet the specific requirements for their chosen specialty. Candidates must also possess pedagogical and didactic training accreditation, though certain exceptions apply for those with specific prior teaching experience or qualifications obtained before October 2009. Applications can be submitted between September 3 and September 16, 2026.
