Andalusian Parliament approves 17 public service jobs for 2026

The governing board of the Parliament of Andalusia approved a public‑employment offer for the 2026 fiscal year that creates 17 new posts. Eleven of the positions are for the sub‑altern corps, with one seat reserved for a person with a disability. The remaining posts comprise four management officer slots, one senior technician specialized in IT, and one management officer specializing as a technical assistant in IT.

The recruitment will be carried out through a mix of free‑entry contests and internal promotion, with 25‑50 % of the places set aside for internal candidates as required by the Parliament’s personnel statute. The appointment procedures differ by corps: sub‑alterns will be hired by open competition and opposition, while the technical and management bodies will use both internal promotion and contest‑opposition methods. The agreement entered into force on 23 June and states that vacancies from the 2025 technical‑IT offer will be added to the 2026 allocation to streamline the selection process.
